I'm not a fan of the break-ins -- but I hate the Welcome Wagon too; with the new door interactions I can prevent both. Just a matter of remembering to set them when I move my Sim into a new house/apartment. I'd also like to see a return to the way things were prior to the nerf for the vampire fans.
