Funny, that you people blame other players for nerfing alien abductions. But Get to Work was never a pack about aliens! It's a pack about active careers, many people bought it because they wanted a doctor career, not aliens.
I also respect those players that buy a pack only because of BB objects. Why not? Who am I to judge them? I've bought the Generations EP for the Sims 3 only for imaginary friends and BB and was a bit annoyed because of some gameplay features. Things like adults punishing children automatically. I'm totally against punishing children or yelling at them, but I had to tolerate this automatic behavior. I wish I hadn't.
The same about any occult gameplay. I like supernatural things in my game. However, sometimes I want aliens. Sometimes I want to play with vampires. But I almost never want both of them at the same time. Such things must be optional, and "don't buy the pack!" is not the proper option.
