Here's the thing though the pack doesn't need more toggles. You have to make a lot haunted or use the seance table to get ghosts or supernatural added to your game. The devs shouldn't have to nerf the pack because you used the toggles to make your game haunted. You are in control of your game play, not the devs, and not the pack toggles. You are the one who has to pick those toggles to make paranormal things happen in your game.
