@Gordy i just remembered something. They went back through the original neighborhoods and added neighborhood tabs like in City Living where if you hover over the tabs it gives you the neighborhood name and a brief description. They did this because pollution affects neighborhoods individually, and not the entire world/town. So you can have the Goths fancy neighborhood Pendula View in Willow Creek pristine and green, and at the same time have Foundry Cove where the BFF household is be super grungy if that’s what you want.
