Well, now you can!!!

So I've found the secret to the perfect butler.

My butler is named Geoffrey Robisonand he is a Young Adult. Yes, young adult. I also changed his traits and everything. Here's how:

Step
1 Hire a new butler (doesn't matter who or how they look)
2 Go to manage worlds
3 Go to manage households
4 Select you butler
5 Click Edit
6 Give your butler a housemate, sibling, parent, etc.
7 Select your butler
8 Modify everything and anything you want.
9 Delete all other house members. Do not keep them
10 Click the play household button.
11 Keep your butler as a played household

If you do all of these steps, you will have your perfect butler and reduce the chances of the butler changing if you leave the lot. I can not guarantee that you will keep your butler everything you leave the lot bit this should help with that. Also, I've found that if my butler gets reassigned, all I have to do is fire the new one then request the service again. It's always returned my butler to me. Also, since keeping him as a played household, I've not lost him yet!
