Doors Won't Drop Out Of Sight Anymore

Question

Playing in live mode the big front doors on the houses no longer drop away out of sight, they stay up and are in the way. I thought there used to be a keyboard toggle that would force doors to drop away or be visible, Show/Hide Door, but I can't find it anymore.
Is there still a toggle? Is this a bug I should report?

Sometimes I find this if I've positioned the camera slightly off at an angle, or if there are walls that aren't flat (ie some are sticking out in an L shape). If i move the camera slightly then the door often disappears again. And sometimes try going back into build mode and back into live mode again.
I'm not sure about the toggle though I'm afraid.

I think it's to do with the placement of the doors, if you alt place them they don't go away sometimes for some reason. I've noticed it a lot recently and placing them regularly seems to fix it sometimes.

@asimbsim It's not the camera angle, the doors just stubbornly stay solid.

@Onverser That doesn't seem to be it exactly either. It happens when I place a double door front door rather than a single wide door though.
