Download size for Seasons & Get To Work?

I purchased the digital versions of Seasons & Get to Work & wanted to know how large the downloads (how many Mb/Gb) are. I have a limit of how much I can download per month (and it goes by billing period not end of the month).

1. Is there a website or list that says how large the download files are for each pack & expansion? (I also got some stuff packs & game packs)

2. Are there alternative sites to download the content in compressed format in case I have problems with the Origin downloader?

    Thank you. Looks like Get to Work is about 2Gb & Seasons might be 4Gb (assuming it is counting the basegame being 12Gb). I'll definitely have to wait until next month & download the parts slowly. I'm hoping I can find compressed files for both of them so they might not take as much bandwidth to load. I already have them registered but haven't downloaded yet.
