Dream Home Decorator - Level Renovation

My sim self's parents have asked for a level renovation and this is what they've given me to work with:

At least you didn't get a bathroom in which they like white and hate white as well as liking patio furniture

I'd go with a rec room of fitness and gaming.

I was going to do that in their empty room upstairs but this renovation was only restricted to the ground floor. They now have a gym/dining room and all i did to fulfil the video games like was place a console in the living room and they both liked the renovation.
