I love it. Even though my sim is a grand master, it shows some..."character depth"? It makes him seem less perfect (i play with a lot of cheats), and it adds more to the backstory i created for him

The fruit is pretty useless anyway. I grow plasma fruit just so I can sell them. :P

It does reduce the cost of making plasma fruit salad, so having a few around don't hurt.

True, however I find the salad just as useless, restoring only a fraction of the thirst bar. Maybe it's just an issue in my game, I don't know. I miss the plasma juice boxes from TS3. One box fills the bar, and they're free of charge. ;)

I'm pretty sure you needed plasma fruit in the inventory to even make the salad? That's what my vamps clearly see. Regardless I've learned that it's very cost-effective to make a party meal of the salad, and will only waste one fruit. I tend to have to eat two of the salads just to bring their thirst to comfortable levels, and maybe a plasma pack to round it out if need be.
