EA, a Question About Sims 4 Game Engine
Just what is it? Where is this "Smart-Sim Technology"? Where is this engine they were boasting about? Apparently the engine doesn't support beards very well. It's "more limiting" than Sims 3 engin...

I don't think routing is better at all. In fact I think they did not even do anything with the routing. Instead they made clipping a feature of this game, and if SIms cannot walk past eachother, they just clip and walk through objects and eachother.
That's by far NOT fixing the routing imo.
The clipping is annoying and yes doesn't fix the routing issues. It does help with Sims being able to eat I admit though. Like grabbing leftovers from the fridge. But even that could be fixed with proper coding. Like the Sims 2 allows Sims to wait for others to get food. It's not perfect either, but it still worked decently.
