I haven’t personally received any emails from EA regarding a survey, but then again, I don’t believe everyone is asked to provide feedback at the same time.
Does the email explain what the survey is for? And just how personal are the questions? Could you maybe provide an example?
I’d say if you’re uneasy about it, don’t complete it. Even if it is a legitimate survey from EA, you’re not under obligation to complete it.
