@ladybreid, Your wording makes it sound like you have gotten the email more than once over the last few days. If that is true, it seems highly unlikely that it is legit. Legitimate surveys don't spam you, they send you one survey request and leave it to you whether to complete it or not.
As far as questions go, even if it is legit, it could be a 3rd party marketing firm doing it, not EA, in which case some questions will seem a bit personal because they want a profile of you as a person along with your answers to the questions that seem more legitimate. The profile data makes the results more meaningful as they can then collate the answers to the questions that do seem more legit to you in categories based on that more personal data.
