EA doesn't ask personal information in it's surveys. It may ask your age, then if you are too old (Over 30+) it will say thanks and end the surveys. Usually these are not just abou the game you play but have questions like do you think it's o.k. to cheat in a game etc. (I guess for MMORPG gamers or Sports games etc. but shouldn't apply to a Sim game) but it never ask any thing really personal, if you feel they are personal questions I would report it as spam.
