EA please stop festivals notifications in non festival worlds

Anyone else annoyed by constant festivals notifications if you live in completely irrelevant non festival world like Sulani or Oasis spring.. Imagine living in Sulani and keep seeing snowy escape f...

And I'm once again asking people to stop forcing their gameplay on everyone and asks for things to be optional (adding festivals notifications toggle in gameplay options)
