EA please stop festivals notifications in non festival worlds

I actually like the notifications and wish they would add the Sulani ones but with that said, I would prefer if they were on the calendar like a holiday. It would also be cool if we could check on a computer or our phones to see upcoming events (and weather and such)... like we're checking our calendar or news from the phone... and be able to set a reminder if we choose.
