EA please stop festivals notifications in non festival worlds

Anyone else annoyed by constant festivals notifications if you live in completely irrelevant non festival world like Sulani or Oasis spring.. Imagine living in Sulani and keep seeing snowy escape f...

That might be very useful to me. A good idea. Otherwise I just cancel the notifications as it doesn't take long to do so.
