EA please stop festivals notifications in non festival worlds

Anyone else annoyed by constant festivals notifications if you live in completely irrelevant non festival world like Sulani or Oasis spring.. Imagine living in Sulani and keep seeing snowy escape f...

Additional or alternative ways of receiving notifications would be great, so long as it doesn't leave out those of us who don't own the necessary packs to use such features. Like me, for one.
