Received an email from EA, telling me to claim my discount coupon for Lovestruck. I follow the link and it takes me to Sims 4 page with instructions, but after following the instructions no discount is available. I did the chat and they told me to come to the forums. I wasn't sure where to put this so if this is the wrong place let me know and I will post it in the correct location.
My email doesn't specify what the discount is.

Received email saying I could get 20% off Lovestruck pack if I purchased via EA App using my same email. It's my same email, but when I add the game in the app it is not taking off 20% as advertised. It is only taking 10% off. I don't see any way to contact EA besides posting here after trying to go through all the annoying article flows. Is there any way to contact someone and get this adjusted? I'm frustrated at how difficult it is to try and contact / submit an inquiry.

I received an email saying I have a personal coupon code for the Sims 4 Lovestruck Expansion pack that will automatically be applied upon check out in the EA app but when I go to checkout it is only showing me 10%. I can not find any other restriction other than for PC and Mac only. Images attached.
Same here. The headline of the email says the discount is 20% off, and the email itself even says, 'Your 20% discount will be applied automatically!' yet when you go to checkout it says the discount is only 10% off. I am in the US.
