@EnkiSchmidt Time to get promoted is quite a pain to judge because a lot of stuff can influence (Relevant degree if you got DU, traits like well-connected and entrepreneurial) as well as how many (few) days the sim work in the higher levels of the career. I usually go for the skill and ignore time but if you want an estimate I'd take a sim year (28 days) if you don't have anything to justify a faster path to the top.
