Things are not going too well.
Day One I used a lounge, what resulted in townies in bowling outfits storming the place and destroying the aesthetic. I was prepared to give everyone a robe, uniform or armor in their everyday outfit, but those situational ones grow three heads back for each cut off one.
Day two I made the lot a residential one, moved eight correctly styled sims in in addition to summoning my club and the atmosphere was exactly what I had wanted it to be. Until I realized that my mixologist cannot sell drinks from a residential lot that is not his own, because he "doesn't own" them.
Looks like the officers' club is a pipe dream. I'll have to settle for churning out drinks for sale from home and only visiting the club to roleplay.
