Level six, not ten, check, that makes this a lot easier :) I think I can assume that with his backstory my sim has the Connections trait as long as he remains in good standing with his higher ups. Working hard is 1,5 times as effective as normal work, so with normal effort (it's just a hobby, after all) that would make six days.
The club only has a single door and a narrow two-tile strip in front of it, where the locked out sims would congregate. I'll see how it goes with a club door and if the locked out sims will cause noticeable lag from trying to reach the bowling lanes.
