Easy way to clean out household inventory?

Briefly moved into a mansion to complete the Mansion Baron aspiration, then when she moved into a more reasonably sized house I forgot to change the option for keep/sell furniture. With it set to keep all the furniture (super annoying that's the default), my sim's household inventory is now stuffed with tons of items and it's going to take forever clearing them out one-by-one.

So, anyway I can more easily and quickly clear out the household inventory? Gonna be a real gut punch when the next tax day rolls around.
