I saw someone try to upload to gallery that didn’t have Eco Living. Smart idea, did it work at all?
Another thing I thought of was maybe disabling your expansions, loading them (as a new household, new save) from your gallery, and seeing if you still get charged. If you don’t, awesome! Re-enable all your packs again and test it then. If you did get charged… I have no idea I’m sorry
