Edit Objects Not On The Lot

I have two trash plants that spawned on the edge of my lot. They are half on and half off the lot. I can't use the two spaces on the lot.

I've tried to delete them in build mode by selling them, which doesn't work. I've tried "bb.moveobjects" and "Free Build mode". They don't work. I've tried to move them into a trash can.

I know there is a way that you can use to Edit Objects Not On The Lot. I used it before to get rid of a plate of food that a Sim left on a sidewalk. I just forget what it is.

Can someone tell me the name of the cheat or a way to solve this problem? So I can get rid of these two nuisances.
