Template:
New sims generated for the role will be a young adult, adult, or elder sim.
They have either or both at least 7 levels (usually 8) in Fishing skill and at least 4 levels (usually 5) in Gardening skill.
They may have one additional base game skill on levels 2 or 3 (usually 2).
They always have Loves Outdoors trait and trait_isForestRanger.Hermit
