Comes during holidays including Father Winter tradition (by default Winterfest) to bring presents. Sim in this role is by default Clement Frost.

You need to use these cheats on these sims:
traits.equip_trait trait_HolidayTradition_FatherWinter
careers.add_career career_Adult_NPC_FatherWinterRemember, playing with the sim again will remove their role.
