Extra Sim Templates for Each Degree

When a new sim is generated to be a student, their traits and skills can depend on which university and which degree they're enrolled in. Here's a list of all of that.

• Art History
  • Generic
    • They can have the following skills (up to 2 of them): Painting, Writing, and Charisma.
      The ideal value for these skills is 3.
  • University of Britechester
    • Same as the generic, but the ideal value is 5 instead.
  • Foxbury Institute
    • Same as the generic.
• Biology
  • Generic
    • They can have the following skills (up to 2 of them): Fitness, Gardening, and Logic.
      The ideal value for these skills is 3.
  • University of Britechester
    • Same as generic, but:
      
      • They can have up to 3 skills instead.
      • They can also have Guitar skill on levels 2 to 8 (ideally 4).
  • Foxbury Institute
    • Same as generic, but:
      • The ideal value for these skills is 5 instead.
