Elders Pushing the Limits

In my experience, pushing the limits with elders is one of the easiest ways to kill them off. It would be nice if the coding was turned down a bit for those who have the bodybuilder aspiration. You could search to see if there is a mod for that.

Welcome to the Sims 4! If your elder, after excercising or woohooing they get an uncomfortable mood let that says they need to take a break or risk death, then you need to stop. I think they should be able to push the limits as long as that noodles doesn’t show up. But the unfortunate aspect to them is that they do tire easily and some things they can’t do.
