I wonder if unlinking your Epic account in the EA will set it back to normal? I've never used Epic or Steam for Sims. I only use Steam for other games and never used Epic at all so I'm not sure if that's something that can be done. Also maybe reinstalling the game in the EA will bypass Epic? Again, not sure if that's possible.
