Ethnicity, Sexuality, Religion, and maybe a Few Other Things

Motivated by a recent post on my storytelling thread here, I wonder how other Simmers approach race, sexuality, and religion in their gameplay. I wonder if Simmers make conscious decisions about ...

My sims are a diverse batch. This includes aliens and elf types. Interracial couples are pretty prevalent.
As far as sexuality goes I allow my sims to be with whoever they want. Male or female if that's what they want I'm all for it.
Religion isn't in my game.
