It's "biases", @catloverplayer; with an i, not an L. Bias just means a preset way of looking at certain things. It's similar to prejudice, but tends to be more general in scope. A bias might be "conservative" or "liberal" or "pro-gun" or "Christian" or "populist" or "feminist" (so, an executive action taken by a US President will tend to trigger a bias on your part, one way or another), while a prejudice is more along the lines of, "Hispanic people tend to act this particular way, which I do or don't like".
