My family with 3 spellcaster kids just married their partners and moved out. So far, the oldest kid and his muggle wife have twins, one magic and one muggle. The next kid married a spellcaster,so she currently has 3 spellcaster kids,of course. The third kid married a muggle and they have one magic son. So, just looking at the magic/muggle pairing it's 2:1 in favor of magic kids.
