Celebrity Treatment perk? If you take a look at the fame info panel, there's a perk on the fifth tier in the good reputation row. This perk causes other sims to celebrate the celebrity's presence and they'll get many things for free.
@EgonVM thanks so much, I will definitely check that out :) He seems to get an exorbitant amount of free stuff lol!
