The retail system needs a complete overhaul. While it's great they added it, this system lacks some important stuff and became more and more bugged over time. The ability to open a business on your own home should be added, and some functionality from later systems like vet clinics or restaurants should also be taken into place.
I don't really care about aliens or even been able to visit the hospital (though it'd be a great addition) but I really think the retail system is the main flaw of GTW.
