Fairy Home

Was just wondering if anyone has put down the fairy home in any other world? I have the option  in Innisgreen but not elsewhere. It not in build/buy in other world.   UPDATE:  Yes the restart work...

I was able to place it in Chestnut Ridge, where I'm currently playing.
