False MOO Cheat Alert?

I haven't, but maybe they just do it with almost every build just to be safe?

Maybe. I am just curious because it could perhaps mean some stuff has happened to my old lots I cannot see. Honestly, they can get pretty glitchy through the packs and updates.

I just downloaded some new builds from the gallery. The creator said no MOO in the description of all of them, but every time I placed a house I got a MOO notice. Weird.

I agree with Chazzy.

But keep in mind a lot or room built with moveobjects enabled will delete alot of stuff without it on when placing it.

And no I haven't had this alert.

Using MOO myself, I actually don't recommend having it on all the time. Only when building and placing things in build mode. For example a wall lamp on a diagonal wall.

I have never used the MOO cheat. Ever. And yet, both times I plopped my brand new builds into HoB, I got the notice. This rankles me to no end. Instead of fixing, it's just one more thing that got broken. Heretofore I've never been flagged for MOO. I have been flagged for cc and it took me about three tries before I switched out the cc for the maxis original. It was the flooring!

I had one of my builds get the MOO warning. Even though I didn't use the cheat. I did use F5, and alt placed/enlarged one or two items. Maybe that triggers it too? I know it can, in rare cases, make stuff disappear, so maybe they decided to include all placement cheats? Or maybe just anything that isn't on the normal grid/has footprints overlapping will trigger it?

I do not use any sort of placement cheats. I do not size up or down either. So maybe it is an overlapping or blocked access thing.

I placed one of the restaurants that shipped with Dine Out, straight Maxis vanilla build and I got the MOO notification and sincerely doubt they use that cheat since Game Changers who have done builds for the game say they aren’t allowed to use it for official pack builds. I think it’s bugged.
