Fame points at highest level?
So, my sim is a global superstar and I do stuff to try and get her fame up even more because I need more fame points... But they never come. Is it even possible? I want more rewards haha

It's not a bug, despite whatever EA support told you. The sad truth is that EA support is often marketed out to foreign countries like India, and outside of telling you "restart your game, fix your cache" etc, they have NO insider information or honestly any clue about the game.
There are a maximum of 11 points to earn, and that's it. You can earn more with cheats though.
