I would probably use cas.fulleditmode and then the Free real estate cheats the most (in that order). If I'm really in a building mood, then bb.moveobjects is such a handy thing.
Funnily enough, I rarely, if ever use the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat. I guess I should look at it for a bit more variety of rocks and plants and things.
