Favorite Expansion Pack

Seasons. Game wouldn't be the same without it.

While I like seasons a lot, nothing will ever beat city living for me. I’m not sure why... but ?

I can't express how much I love Get Together.

It was between seasons and CL for me. Both change gameplay/environment

Get Together. Ever since we got that EP, I become a stan of The Sims 4. It gives a whole lot of creativity into the game, and it gives a lot more atmostphere for Nightclubs, and Bars in the game, from new skills to new games, to the best tool ever created in the series, it was easily the best. It can even change how your world function to a lot better way. It makes worlds lively, and much more alive, along with Windenberg in which imo, feels unique because of how all gameplay was incorporated on that world and how big it was. Nightlife in Windenburg was so great.

Then it was followed by Get Famous. A small world?Yes, but it changes how I play the game just like Get Together did. Now the couples I created don't just sing at the Karaoke Bars in San myshuno, they are Famous singers where people watch every conserts/contest they attend at the karaoke bars. It feels like Get Together, in a way where if you look at them at the glance, it dosen't look like they are big, but once you start playing with them, that is where you start to notice how game changing this packs can be.

Without a doubt, City Living. It has its flaws, but I love the festivals, the food, the cultures, the different neighborhoods, the clothes, all of it! I always tend to lean more into the Sims games that have to do with the city. The Urbz was a slept on fave, and I love Bridgeport in the Sims 3.

Seasons for sure. If Sims 5 is not extraordinary, I have decided not to buy it until Seasons is released because I get tired of waiting for that pack to be released each iteration. If I buy it at all. So far I am of the mindset 4 will be my last. I don’t think we will get back to the quality of the older iterations.

City living and seasons are the ones I can't imagine playing without. When i get myself thinking about it, initially i thought i would answer only seasons, but the thing is I can't imagine playing without the apartment living , festivals and cultural diversity that CL brings to the game. I also like very much GF because it works with a lot of basic game carrers/skills. This is one of the things I like more about sims 4 expansions. The way they intercomunicate with each other. GT is my less favorite (I don't like the club system cause it Can make things too easy) and I don't own GtW and Cats and Dogs.

Honestly I'm not a HUGE fan of any of them yet, but overall Seasons gives the most bang for the buck and is the most inclusive of all the packs. Its one expansion that I feel they got right in TS4 with the weather being different in all of the worlds, having all sims react to weather appropriately, and the calendar feature which allows for more customization of events on top of the pre-made holidays. I feel like I end up playing with Seasons more often when I do play because the weather dictates how my sims go about their day. If its raining out, they might spend the day inside watching movies, playing games, working on skills, etc... If its a clear fall day they hang out at the park or do some exercising outside. Its also great for those of us who have gardening sims because it makes the gardening aspect more realistic since you can't have all your crops growing year-round save a few.
