I'm not exactly sure how they will be useful at all outside of the studio or acting career.
Now, IF we had a ticket machine like S2, and could use those props to make a themed adventure lot, then I could see a use for them!
ETA: ( because for sure we are not going to plop them down in our backyard for the heck of it at $40K simoleons, just to practice lol)
(If possible) I was thinking of making a community theater/ playhouse in a park or put a stage in a restaurant and have sort of a dinner theater kinda thing. I was thinking of having family owned restaurant where one/some of the family members are aspiring actors. They could "perform" while others run the business.
