I send my sims out to eat, club, and or outdoor movie theater I found in the gallery. Oh some of the parks too.

Sims' home lot... I hate leaving the home lot for some reason.
I just realized I literally make my sims live like I do; never leave home.

If we're talking Maxis-made then the Villa Bovine restaurant that came with Dine Out.

I love going to the Myshuno Park (City Living). It's also where I almost always have my Sims get married.

I like to go to the Solar Flare in Oasis Springs, Stargazer Lounge in San Myshuno, various restaurants and this lounge in Brindleton (I forgot what it's called).

I like the sunny side up diner, I really tend to use that a lot I should branch out some more :)

My Sims' first dates usually occur on the sidewalk in front of their house with the first unmarried stranger that passes as soon as they age up to a young adult. Ideally, those dates end in a positive pregnancy test and marriage proposal.

Indeed, it's the same for me and my game too, My sims spend too much time at home and not enough socializing. However I shall make the effort to get more sims romancing and out on more dates; if I can tear them away from their computers long enough. :D
