Favourite Occult type to Play?

They are the most well-made.

I wish mermaids had the same detail because I love mermaids but not how they're made in the game.

I love them all!

Vampire powers are amazingly fun, and I LOVE that they now have a dark form.

Spellcasters are just fantastic! So many spells and I even kind of like how glitchy Duplicato is!

Mermaids are one I’ve only recently started playing with but their powers are great too! Perhaps a bit useless outside of Sulani, but I have a lot of fun using Siren’s Call and Summon Thunderstorm (especially now we have the fear emotion).

Aliens I like too - I like sneaking around and wiping the memory of anyone that finds out my sim is an alien. I even had an alien who wiped the memory of their lover after they were caught cheating.

Ghosts are possibly the least fun, but fun all the same. I like that they have unique powers based on their death type but I want to see them fleshed out. Possess Sim would be a great addition.

Right now, Spellcasters and Vampires equally.
I can’t really compare the other occults with the in-depth gameplay the vamps and spellfolks offer, but if they did I’d be equally happy to play those!

Mermaids need Underwater worlds.
Aliens need a proper Planet. That tiny Sixam corner we have now is not fair on those guys.
Ghosts need a Netherworld. With Grim as their leader.

Spellcasters are pretty cool, it sucks they're shackled to the Magic Realm, but other than that, their gameplay is solid and can cause some pretty wild mischief if you want them to.

I would say Vampires but it annoys me when I'm playing with them that they can't ever eat at restaurants and can't go out in the sun, so I went with spellcasters. My favorite part of spellcasters is how I can just go around setting everything on fire at will ;)

I'm not a supernatural fans but I think Vampire system in Sims 4 is actually good.

I also have a lot of fun with Spellcasters and, surprisingly (for me), Mermaids, which I never cared about before. But Vampires have my heart and soul. Even if they can't properly scare Sims yet. :s

I almost chose "All of Them" because technically, I stuff my game with as many Occult types as I can, even creating some of my own, like Gods and Superheroes. I feel that the Occult system in Sims 4 is the best of the series because of its flexibility.

I love love love all my occults (I barely play non-occults anymore). And while I love them all my two vampires have my heart. <3 They're both low maintenance as long as I make sure they don't get silly and go out in the sun. The ability to turn into a bat is way handy too.

I like to play vampire not because it's the most complete occult in TS4, but it's because I already like vampire mythology since I was teenager.
