I have only played the retail part so far, and am gonna start a new game to play a detective. I do like the game though so far and the only thing I have to ask , is do you think their is anyway you could make the retail field somehow register as a career? I made an ambitious sim, and she kept getting sadden/tense that she was "unemployed" through gameplay. And then how about giving us a choice on doors locking? I tried to make my sim have her "home" and bakery in one spot and people kept going to her "homey" section of the store. lol. :)
