I just can't see it because she been such a stalker and I wouldn't even play with her.
Two options is either using the "testingcheat on", add her to the household and then out again, or find her in the place formerly known as the sim bin under "not in world". Either way you might find either an empty lot or a large home with an extra bed to move her into.
With a little luck, she is happy just to live in a playable household.
The topic reminds me of an evil professor I noticed in 'Discovery University'. I found and modified a decent home for her even though other options were already occupied.
As both apartment with earthquake in San Myshuno were occupied, I moved the lot close to the vulcano in Sulani and moved her into that lot.
I've done things like that for townies who I really like a lot and who my sims seem to build a strong cool friendship with and love hanging out with them when I'm not playing with them. One townie I sent her to college and gave her an apartment of her own and two other townies who who was part of one of my sims club they seem to like each other so put them in a house as a couple.
What I've done with the stalker sim recently is edit her in CAS, just her hair and clothing and then I use a cheat to make her a celeb sim, seem to me she happy now. Maybe she wanted to be a celeb sim like him who know.
