Has anyone else had this problem where you get the fertile trait but only have single births, my sim had a set of twins before the trait was added cause I wanted triplets but nothing 8 babys later all...

How does the fertile trait from the rewards store work? I’ve watched a video before where the sim got a moodlet that said “feeling fertile” but I’ve never seen it in my own game. Both the female and the male have the trait and she’s pregnant so I’m gonna go for tricks and pray that it works. Any tips?
