You might build a cellar under the Planet Honey Pop and move parts of the Geek Con festival down there. Such a cellar is considered a part of the festival.
Add the staircases first to make sure they don't destroy the karaoke bar.
I might try this. Has anyone else done this? Can you move festival items?
