I have only used butlers once.
I noticed that in order to get things well set up I needed:
1 A mod that stops the game from switching buttlers all the time
2 A mod that forces the butler to have needs, so they sleep at niight
3 Use cheats to alter traits so they do a better job (Neat, primarely)
