Is it only selfmade nectar that ages and not the found ones? Because the Grove family have found quite a few bottles when harvesting grass and even when putting it in the wine storage I find it takes very long time to go from not aged to lightly aged and I played that family for 2 Sim weeks and none of the bottles found as not aged or lightly aged never reached the finely aged stage.

No Matter if you find it or make it they all age over Time
