Because the Grove family have found quite a few bottles when harvesting grass and even when putting it in the wine storage I find it takes very long time to go from not aged to lightly aged and I played that family for 2 Sim weeks and none of the bottles found as not aged or lightly aged never reached the finely aged stage.
