Flickering Lights Question

I'm sorry but this question made me laugh??? it's something I never thought about..... maybe they will answer during the livestream I have not heard anything regarding this.

I don't pay much attention to bills, but I guess we'll soon enough find the answer(s) :) I just hope that flickering light will also be seen by sims walking by. It would be so cool passing a haunted house while stuff goes on in there. Might need to be he active lot though.

Don't be sorry, I had expected that this question would make some people laugh. The funny thing about this question was the fact that it was right in front of our noses the entire time. I just happened to notice the possible cross pack connection. Then I got curious about it, and had to ask.
Thank you for linking my question about flickering lights and utility bills to SimGuruConer and Ninja, CLP! That would help me greatly since I don't have a Twitch tv account. And there for can't ask this question during the livestream. Maybe one of them will answer this question before the livestream.

I think it's more to freak your sims out and possibly not even ST thought about adding it

I don't know, maybe. I'm certain that the flickering light effects is to freak the sims out a little bit. I mean even the sim that was walking down the hallway in the trailer looked a little on edge when the lights flickered. The only thing that we can do at this time is wait and see if one of the Gurus answers my question.
