Ever since they patched out being able to woohoo with the Reaper so many years ago, all you can really do with Grimmy in Sims 4 is flirt with him. I believe going to a date with him maybe possible, but that's only possible if Grim called you for the date because I don't remember seeing it pop-up. And yes, he may stop by often if he has an apartment key. In fact, he's a freeloader and hogs the computer every time he visits this one chick I have in this save (I used her to kill somebody through anger).
That’s too bad that nothing else will come up, but thanks for confirming he does come over if he has a key. The fact that this literal immortal reaper of souls comes over just to hog the computer is hilarious!

Even at full romance bar no more options appear. I really wish it were possible to have babies with Grim. But, I guess there’s a reason why that’s not allowed (bugs and such).
I did discover that if you have him in your relationship panel, you can invite him to join your holiday while your sim is in Selvadorada.

Didn’t the trait cheats get removed? I’ll check if it’s still possible with MCCC, though, since it still works for editing hidden traits (I already replaced “Can Not Impregnate” with “Can Impregnate” in the hope of having reaper babies).

I have two saves in which Grim is the father of the kids, The Specter family and the Grim family. The children are just normal kids without any special traits. The Specter family moved in with Vlad and two of the kids became vampires. I didn't experience any game corruption up to now.
That’s awesome! Do you know what would happen if you gave the kids the grimreaper trait? I’m curious to know if that would give them any special abilities (I might test this out myself), or if it’ll just cause them to take on the Grim Reaper role and possibly cause bugs whenever someone dies...
